County-Designed Programs
A variety of county-level leadership programs are supported, typically including issues such as meeting management, communication skills, organizational development, teamwork and conflict resolution, volunteer recruitment, and fund-raising. Recent programs have included Leadership Clinton County, and Susquehanna 2020

RULE
The RULE program is designed to develop community leaders who have the skills and resources necessary to meet the challenges of a changing community. Through individual and group learning experiences, participants develop the knowledge to make a difference. RULE is a competitive two-year program comprised of ten study institutes. RULE staff and alumni are available to conduct leadership and communication skills-based training, and are committed to developing and nurturing local leadership programs.
